About our Pricing

We are happy to quote prices and can usually do so within 48 hours.  All of our furniture is made from solid hardwoods and we can’t keep an up to date pricelist on all of our product because wood prices do adjust.  On the plus side by giving you timely and up to date quotes we can fine tune our costs and give you what we believe is the best value you will find anywhere.  Typically we price 2 ways:

1. Warehouse Direct Pricing: This is for furniture that can be picked up or shipped from our Washington warehouse/gallery, pricing includes freight from the factory to our warehouse plus a handling/repackaging fee.  We can assist with getting you an economical freight cost from our warehouse to your home if you are not able to pick up yourself.
   
2. Factory Container Pricing:  This is a more economical approach, however requires a minimum order of appx $8,000 depending on the type of furniture you are seeking and the location you are at.  With factory direct you pay your own container shipping cost but avoid warehouse handling costs.  Most furniture stores that purchase from us use this method, it is also a great way to go if you are and individual wanting furniture, cabinets or architectural details for multiple rooms (including patio and outdoor!) or if you want to place an order along with friends and family so you can take advantage of some pretty nice savings.  We can ship in an 8’x8’x20’ container, an 8’x8’x40’ container or a 8’x10’x40’ container.  In either case the more you fill the container the better your freight rate.

Although we have our own gallery in Kirkland, Washington, the majority of our furniture is custom for the trade and delivered container direct to other showrooms domestically and internationally.  We specialize in developing custom exclusive furniture collections for our retail store/boutique customers, however love connecting directly with individuals and making one of a kind heirloom items for a very affordable price.
