Jamieson Imports' Seattle showroom, full of handcrafted hardwood furniture.
Looking for hardwood furniture in the Pacific Northwest?

Jamieson Furniture Gallery is a local (Kirkland) design and import company, who caters to both individual retail clients and large-scale contract work for businesses and resorts. It specializes in providing exclusive collections and custom pieces to those interested in solid, handcrafted, exotic hardwood furniture.

The company is owned by Kirkland artist and northwest native, Richard Jamieson, and his wife Denetta Jamieson. (Learn more about Richard
here). Richard has been importing Mango, Teak, Mahogany, Tamarind, and Monsoon Wood for over a decade. He has worked closely with master wood-carvers in Indonesia to create thousands of unique pieces of art.

Although Jamieson Furniture Gallery is a local company, it does business worldwide, with clients in other states, as well as other countries.

Like its products, Jamieson Furniture Gallery has a unique business model: it is based on entirely green practices. All of the hardwood used in the furniture is gathered from reclaimed wood, natural blow down, or government authorized tree farms; no native forests have ever been used to harvest wood.

Not only is Jamieson Furniture Gallery environmentally conscious, but also economically conscious. Over 10% of all profits go to local and international charity work. Jamieson Furniture Gallery employees in Indonesia make over five times the national minimum wage, and are voluntarily audited by an outside contract company to insure fair wage practices are in place.
